Emergencies
Please contact the surgery whenever possible in normal surgery hours and if you need to be seen the same day, contact us before 11 am. We will do our best to see you for urgent treatment within 24 hours. Should you require out of hours emergency care telephone the emergency service on 08451550845.

By car: Exit junction 1 of M18, take the exit towards Bawtry (A631).

Fees and Payment:
After a consultation which involves examination of teeth, gums and all areas of your mouth and in some cases x-rays, we can then agree a suitable treatment plan. You will be given an estimate of all costs. We require that you pay for the treatment after each visit and all the treatment should be paid for by the last visit. Payments can be made by Cash or Credit/ Debit card. You may be asked to pay a deposit for some treatments.
Patient Satisfaction:
We hope that your experience at Prime Dental care is a pleasant one, however if you have any problems or complaints please contact the Practice Manager either by phone or in writing and we will fully investigate.
What we expect from you:
- To attend your appointment promptly. If not available, please give us at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
- To attend your regular check-up appointment as set by your dentist as it is essential to maintain good oral health. (Failure to attend your appointment may lead to de-registration from the practice).
- To pay your bill as requested on time.
If not happy with any aspect of your visit, please tell us your concerns as this is the only way we can put it right and improve our services to you.
Keep us informed:
If there is any change in your medical history, or medicine you are taking, please make a note of them and tell us at your next visit. Please also tell us if there has been a change to your address or telephone number so we can update our records.
